Judy Grillo, M.Ed., CPFT, Owner After more than 20 years in a successful marketing career, Judy pursued her true passion of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. In 2004, following education and training, she founded FitAfter50 and has extensive experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Sports Coach specializing in older adults.
