A: You can either schedule fitness coaching on a semi-regular basis or take advantage of our Design-and-Coach Program which offers a professional health & fitness assessment, individualized program design with instruction, and basic equipment recommendations every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Onsite Fitness Training

Fit After 50 is based in Easton, Maryland. If you live nearby, a Certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach can "bring the gym to you" at a time and place that’s convenient.

We’ll give you undivided attention in the privacy of your home, office, community center or wherever you feel comfortable. Whether it’s a one-on-one total body workout or a sport-specific plan, we’ll design and deliver programs that make your health and fitness goals attainable while you have fun!  

Our "live" services include:

  • One-on-One cardio, strength training, sport-specific and functional training programs
  • Design-and-Instruction Programs offered on a 4, 6 or 8-week basis  
  • Modification and training in response to recent changes such as a physical injury
  • New program design for seasonal outdoor activities or specific sport interests
  • Precision heart rate training programs for walking, running and cycling
