Q&A: Answers to Common Questions
Why FitAfter50? As you may expect, we’re not only “older adult” certified, we’re older adults ourselves, so we have a clear understanding of the challenges and benefits of living a healthy lifestyle during the second half of life.
I simply want to look and feel better. How would you help me? Whether you’re new to the idea of an active lifestyle or an experienced athlete, we’ll always begin by taking a close look at where you are today and where you want to be in the future. We’ll tailor your program to meet your goals, not ours. Every client is unique, so we include cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and core training when and where it makes sense.
Can I schedule appointments at any time of the day? Yes, and all of our sessions are by appointment at your convenience.
How long are the sessions? Onsite sessions may last either 35 or 60 minutes depending on your individual goals and needs. Online training includes a monthly 30-minute phone consultation which is also arranged by appointment.

Can I work out with a friend, family member or coworker? Of course! We know that the more support and fun you have, the longer you’ll want to follow your program.
