Fit after 50 that knows you, and helps you keep going
Reading is not the hard part. Knowing what to do today, remembering what you tried, and coming back next week is. That is what Founding Membership opens.
Knows me
You tell it your goals, your interests, and what you will not do. It remembers and honors that: a step you said no to is never offered.
Helps me decide
Each day, one step chosen from your goals, limits and time, with the reason shown and easy ways to swap it or say not today.
Helps me plan
Your week at a glance, what would round it out, and programs with a week and a step for each day.
Helps me act
Do it, partly do it, or not today; all count. Save a home check or your weekly activity so your steps lean toward what was under the guideline.
Remembers my progress
What you did and when, your saved results, and a prompt to repeat a check so you can see whether it moved. It is kept across sessions and devices.
Helps me keep going
Pause a program without losing it, repeat a week, and come back. No streaks, no guilt, and nothing read into a skipped day.
A fair question
Why join if so much of Fit after 50 is free?
Because the library is for everyone and stays free: guides, tools, home checks, Minute Tips, program descriptions and the evidence behind them do not need an account and will not be moved behind one. You do not pay to read.
Membership is different in kind. It is a personal system built on what you tell Fit after 50, and that is what paid membership is intended to support. Fit after 50 uses only what you give it, shows you what it used, does not diagnose, and lets you delete all of it. Nothing sold by anyone else changes what it suggests.
This is a real boundary, not just a hidden button: the check is made on our servers, so signing in with a free account does not open the personal system.

The exact terms
What you get, in plain words
These are the whole terms. There is nothing else behind them.
- Standard monthly
- $9.99 billed monthly unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period.
- Standard annual
- $99.95 billed today, then $99.95 each year unless canceled. Save $19.93 compared with 12 standard monthly payments.
- Founding monthly (not yet available)
- $4.99 billed monthly for the first 12 full monthly billing periods, then $9.99/month unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period.
- Founding annual (not yet available)
- $49.95 billed today for the first year, then $99.95/year unless canceled.
- Founding enrollment
- The first 50 members across both founding plans share one cap. FOUNDER50 is not active; checkout remains closed.
- Cancellation and rejoining
- Cancellation stops renewal and preserves access through the paid period. The founding discount is lost on cancellation; rejoining uses standard pricing and does not use another founding place.
- Plan changes
- Discounted monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly changes are not supported. Remaining founding benefits cannot be converted between plans.
- Full monthly periods
- The monthly offer covers 12 full billing periods. Partial or prorated starts are not available. Payment recovery on the same subscription does not reset or extend the benefit.
- Existing purchases
- Existing purchases retain their original terms. These prices do not retrospectively change prior receipts or paid access.
Not included
Separately priced products, partner or third-party services, one-on-one professional services, and future premium offers are not part of the Founding Membership.
No lifetime access
Founding pricing covers the first 12 full monthly billing periods or the first annual year, then renews at the corresponding standard price unless canceled. It is not lifetime access, an investment or a donation.
Future direction, not part of what you get today
What is not built yet
- Reminders. Reminder choices can be saved now, but no reminder is sent yet. They will be offered only when delivery is verified, and only to members who ask.
- Programs and courses restored from the original Fit after 50 library. Being recovered from the original site. No date is promised.
- Video versions of Minute Tips and exercises. In production. The written tips are available now.
- Local walking groups, classes, and volunteering. Not built yet.
These are listed so you are not surprised, and none of them is promised for a date. New core member features released during your year are included where they apply.
Our promises
- Fit after 50 gives general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace your clinician.
- What we store is limited to what you choose to give, and you can delete it without deleting your account.
You can try most of it before you decide.
Read a guide, try a home check, or start a plan without an account. New paid enrollment is not available yet.
